What if I have arrears on my account?

If you have an arrear on your account we will come to an arrangement with you to add an amount to your DD payment so that the arrears are reduced each month.

We will always do this with your agreement and will discuss a payment plan with you that is affordable. Many tenants find this a helpful way of managing their money and getting back in credit.
